I had read so much about beta flu and and the immune system. During my treatment for illness, I decided to add this supplement to help eradicate an infection. I already eat oats and mushrooms, which are good sources of beta flu and, but I do not think my intake of them is enough. I added this, and I have had very good labs while on it. I believe that it helps to keep my immunity strong.
