This Agreement contains the terms and conditions that apply to your purchase from the Wiseman Health Products entity named on the invoice (“Wiseman Health Products” that will be provided to you (“Customer”) on orders for products sold in the United States. By accepting delivery of the products described on that invoice, Customer agrees to be bound by and accepts these terms and conditions. THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY (i) UNLESS THE CUSTOMER HAS SIGNED A SEPARATE FORMAL PURCHASE AGREEMENT WITH WISEMAN HEALTH PRODUCTS , IN WHICH CASE THE SEPARATE AGREEMENT SHALL GOVERN; OR (ii) UNLESS OTHER WISEMAN HEALTH PRODUCTS STANDARD TERMS APPLY TO THE TRANSACTION. These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior written notice at any time, in Wiseman Health Products’ sole discretion. Other Documents. These terms and conditions may NOT be altered, supplemented, or amended by the use of any other document(s). Any attempt to alter, supplement or amend this document or to enter an order for product(s) which is subject to additional or altered terms and conditions will be null and void, unless otherwise agreed to in a written agreement signed by both Customer and Wiseman Health Products.
Governing Law. THIS AGREEMENT AND ANY SALES THEREUNDER SHALL BE GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF TEXAS, WITHOUT REGARD TO CONFLICTS OF LAWS RULES.
Payment Terms; Orders; Quotes; Interest. Terms of payment are within Wiseman Health Products’ sole discretion, and unless otherwise agreed to by Wiseman Health Products, payment must be received by Wiseman Health Products prior to Wiseman Health Products acceptance of an order. Payment for the products will be made by credit card or some other prearranged payment method unless credit terms have been agreed to by Wiseman Health Products. Invoices are due and payable within the time period noted on the reverse side of this invoice, measured from the date of the invoice. Wiseman Health Products may invoice parts of an order separately. Orders are not binding upon Wiseman Health Products until accepted by Wiseman Health Products. Any quotations given by Wiseman Health Products will be valid for the period stated on the quotation. Customer agrees to pay interest on all past-due sums at the highest rate allowed by law. Wiseman Health Products reserves the right to limit the order quantity on any product and/or to refuse to ship product to any customer for any reason, or for no reason whatsoever, with or without prior notice.
Shipping Charges; Taxes. Separate charges for shipping and handling will be shown on Wiseman Health Products’ invoice(s). Unless Customer provides Wiseman Health Products with a valid and correct tax exemption certificate applicable to the product ship-to location prior to Wiseman Health Products ‘s acceptance of the order, the Customer is responsible for sales and all other taxes associated with the order, however designated, except for Wiseman Health Products franchise taxes and taxes on Wiseman Health Products’ net income. If applicable, a separate charge for taxes will be shown on Wiseman Health Products’ invoice.
Title; Risk of Loss. Title to products passes from Wiseman Health Products to Customer on shipment from Wiseman Health Products’ facility. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by Wiseman Health Products is Wiseman Health Products’ responsibility. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by Customer is Customer’s responsibility. Title to software will remain with the applicable licensor(s).
Warranties, Disclaimers. WISEMAN HEALTH PRODUCTS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF’ MECHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. In addition to these Terms and Conditions, customer agrees to be bound by the acceptance of contract terms contained elsewhere in this site.
Return and Refund Policies.
1) Scope; who we ship to; your rights
Wiseman Health Products is based in Texas and ships to customers in the United States, including all 50 states, the District of Columbia, and U.S. territories (where available). This Return & Refund Policy describes our return, refund, replacement, and subscription-cancellation practices.
Nothing in this policy is intended to waive or limit any rights you may have under applicable federal, state, district, or territorial law. If any provision of this policy is found to be unenforceable or inconsistent with applicable law, it will apply only to the minimum extent permitted, and the remainder of the policy will remain in effect.
2) Definitions
- Purchase date: the date you place an order on our website.
- Delivery date: the date the carrier marks the package as delivered.
- RMA: Return Merchandise Authorization (required for approved returns).
- Subscription order: an order shipped under an automatic renewal/recurring delivery program.
3) General return rule (supplements are safety-sealed)
Due to the consumable nature of dietary supplements and customer safety considerations, we only accept returns of products that are unopened, unused, and in original, factory-sealed packaging (for example, with the safety seal intact).
4) Return eligibility (one-time purchases; non-subscription)
Eligible returns You may request a return for a one-time (non-subscription) purchase if:
- Your return request is submitted within 15 days of the later of (a) Delivery date or (b) Purchase date, and
- The product is unopened, unused, undamaged, and factory-sealed, and
- The product is returned in its original packaging (including any outer box/insert materials if applicable).
Not eligible for return (except where required by law)
- Opened products, used products, or products with a broken/tampered safety seal
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or customer handling
- Items marked final sale or non-returnable at purchase (where permitted by law)
- Gift cards (if applicable)
5) How to start a return (RMA required)

- Photos showing the product is unopened and factory-sealed (we may request additional photos)
If approved, we will provide an RMA and return instructions. Returns sent without an RMA may be refused and/or returned to sender.
Return shipping
Unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped) or a verified defect/damage issue, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
Use a trackable shipping method. If a return is lost or not delivered, we may be unable to issue a refund/credit.
Inspection All returns are inspected upon receipt. If the product does not meet eligibility requirements, we may deny the return or provide a partial resolution where permitted by law.
6) Refunds, store credit, and restocking fee (eligible non-subscription returns)
If your eligible return is approved after inspection, you may choose:
- Refund to the original payment method, or
- Store credit for future purchases
Restocking fee A 20% restocking fee applies to approved eligible returns and will be deducted from the refund/credit amount, except where prohibited by law or when the return is due to our error or a verified defect/damage.
Other refund rules
- Original shipping/handling charges are non-refundable (except where required by law).
- Refunds/credits are issued after inspection and approval. Processing typically takes 7–10 business days, plus additional time for your bank/payment provider.
7) Damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing, contact us as soon as possible and within 7 days of the Delivery date at [Support Email].

- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label (and any damage)
After review, we will provide an appropriate remedy as required by law and consistent with our practices, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund. We may require the item to be returned in some cases.
8) Shipping delays and the FTC delivery rule
We aim to ship orders within the timeframe shown at checkout or on the product page. If we cannot ship within the promised time (or, if none is stated, within 30 days), we will provide notice and, where required, the option to cancel for a refund under applicable Federal Trade Commission (FTC) rules.
9) Subscription orders (automatic renewal), cancellations, and returns
Automatic renewal disclosure and consent If you enroll in a subscription, it will continue until canceled. Before checkout, we present the material subscription terms (including price, frequency, and how to cancel) and require affirmative consent to enroll. After enrollment, we send a confirmation message (for example, email) with subscription details and cancellation information.
Cancellation You may cancel at any time using one of the methods below (as available):

To avoid being charged for the next shipment, submit cancellation at least 48 hours before the next billing/processing time shown in your account/confirmation. If an order has already processed or shipped, it may still be delivered and charged.
Subscription returns / refunds Products shipped and delivered under a subscription are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange, except where required by law or in the event of our error or a verified defect/damage.
10) Refused packages; undeliverable shipments; wrong address
If a package is refused or returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect/insufficient address provided by the customer or failure to accept delivery, we may, where permitted by law:
- Deduct outbound shipping/handling and any applicable restocking fee from any refund/credit, and/or
- Require payment of reshipping costs before resending the package.
11) Promotions, bundles, and discounts
Discounts and promotional pricing cannot be applied retroactively. For bundles/sets, we may require return of all bundle items unopened and factory-sealed to receive a refund/credit (unless required by law).
12) Pricing, product information, and order limits
We may correct typographical errors, inaccurate descriptions, misprints, and pricing errors. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders affected by errors; if you were charged and we cancel, we will issue a refund. We may also limit quantities per customer/household/order as permitted by law.
13) Chargebacks and disputes
If you have an issue, please contact us first so we can help. Unwarranted chargebacks or abusive refund behavior may result in account restrictions and recovery of fees and costs to the extent permitted by law.
14) FDA disclaimer (supplements)
These statements and products have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
15) Governing law
To the extent permitted by law, this policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. This does not limit any consumer protection rights that cannot be waived under the laws of your jurisdiction.

Price Definitions and Promotions. “Retail price” is defined as the manufacturer’s suggested retail price. “Wiseman Health Products price” refers to the product’s non-promotional price on Wiseman Health Products’ website. “Sale price” is a limited time promotional price for the product. Wiseman Health Products conducts periodic promotions related to shipping, products, and promotional codes. All offers are for a limited time only, and while supplies last. Offers cannot be applied to previous orders. Rain checks are not allowed. Acceptance of promotional codes is at the sole discretion of Wiseman Health Products’ Promotional codes offering percentile discounts shall only apply to the first $1,000 value of the order. Wiseman Health Products reserves the right to cancel an order if it believes that a fraudulent or abusive order has been placed.
Limitation of Liability. WISEMAN HEALTH PRODUCTS DOES NOT ACCEPT LIABILITY BEYOND THE REMEDIES SET FORTH HEREIN, INCLUDING ANY LIABILITY FOR PRODUCTS FOR ANY REASON. WISEMAN HEALTH PRODUCTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR OTHER CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY THIRD PARTY EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED HEREIN.
Arbitration. Any claim, dispute or controversy (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, whether pre-existing, present or future, and including statutory, common law, intentional tort and equitable claims) against Wiseman Health Products , its agents, employees, successors, assigns or affiliates (collectively for purposes of this paragraph, “Wiseman Health Products”) arising from or relating to this Agreement, its interpretation, or the breach, termination or validity thereof, the relationships which result from this Agreement (including, to the full extent permitted by applicable law, relationships with third parties who are not signatories to this Agreement), Wiseman Health Products’ advertising, any related purchase, including the validity of this arbitration clause shall be resolved exclusively and finally by binding arbitration administered by the National Arbitration Forum (NAF) under its Code of Procedure then in effect (available via the Internet at http://www.arb-forum.com , or via telephone at 1-800-474-2371). The arbitration will be conducted before a single arbitrator, and will be limited solely to the dispute or controversy between Customer and Wiseman Health Products The arbitration shall be held in Austin, Texas at the office of Wiseman Health Products , by telephone, or online. Any award of the arbitrator(s) shall be final and binding on each of the parties, and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. Information may be obtained and claims may be filed at any office of the NAF or at P.O. Box 50191, Minneapolis, MN 55405.
Applicable Law; Not For Resale. Customer agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the various states and of the United States. Customer agrees and represents that it is buying for its own internal use only, and not for resale. Wiseman Health Products has separate terms and conditions governing resales.
Headings. The section headings used herein are for convenience of reference only and do not form a part of these terms and conditions, and no construction or inference shall be derived therefrom.
Acceptance. By ordering any product from Wiseman Health Products , whether by clicking through over the internet, telephone, facsimile or otherwise, the customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Sale, as well as the “Acceptance of Contract Terms” contained elsewhere in the Wiseman Health Products’ site.
