Our Magnesium Complete contains the highly absorbable and active forms of magnesium in di-magnesium malate and magnesium lysinate glycinate chelate.  Magnesium is an important mineral used by the body for a healthy functioning musculoskeletal, cardiovascular, and nervous system,  Our magnesium complex is well-tolerated and supports the body’s many magnesium-mediated processes naturally.*

Directions: Take one capsule 2-3 times daily between meals or as directed by your medical provider.

One Capsule Contains:

  • Magnesium……………………………………………………………………….125 mg
  • (TRAACS® magnesium lysyl glycinate chelate and di-magnesium malate)

 

Other Ingredients: Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (vegetable capsule), microcrystalline cellulose, l-leucine.

Does Not Contain:  Milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy.

    In the past I have had a lot of anxiety and gastrointestinal issues, which has led to chest pain and my mood being constantly down. Since I have started taking this magnesium supplement I have noticed improvement in both my anxiety and gastrointestinal issues! This has led to being in a better mood and cutting down on the feeling of stress. I definitely recommend trying this out for a few weeks.

    I love this form of magnesium. I have struggled in the past with other high quality magnesium products that just didn’t have the proper balance of each type of magnesium which would cause bowl issues. This product is balanced perfectly. It has helped with my anxiety and sleeplessness.
