B Complete

B Complete is a complete B-complex providing the entire spectrum of activated B vitamins and other synergistic nutrients to support healthy homocysteine metabolism, energy, skin, neurological function, and a healthy stress and adrenal response.

Most B complex supplement formulations use synthetic, unnatural forms of B vitamins such as B2, B6, B9, and vitamin B12. For instance, most formulations use the non-activated form of vitamin B12, known as cyanocobalamin.

This formula includes the activated forms of vitamin B2 (riboflavin 5′-phosphate, also known as flavin mononucleotide), vitamin B6 (pyridoxal 5′-phosphate), vitamin B9 (5-methyltetrahydrofolate or 5-MTHF), and vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin), along with other B vitamins and complementary nutrients. It also contains benfotiamine, a fat-soluble and physiologically active form of thiamine. The 5-MTHF in this formula is provided as Quatrefolic®, which is the most biologically active form of folate.
